La Torre del Canonigo is an eight-room hotel inside a 14th-century stone tower within Ibiza's UNESCO World Heritage Site. The reception area incorporates the city's original defensive wall, over 1,000 years old. Rooms feature stone walls, exposed bricks, and beams.
