The room size proved to be much smaller than anticipated. Basic movements felt restricted. The promised shower repair never happened, despite my repeated requests to the staff. This resulted in continuous flooding, a VERY inconvenient situation. The 40-minute wait for an iron, after I was told it would be brought up immediately, was unacceptable!!! Breakfast service was slow. Waiting thirty minutes for cold pastries is not my idea of prompt service.

The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. They use whatsapp to arrange transport. the views overlooking the town were quite excellent from the terrace. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the city center. This made getting around easy. i liked the breakfast. It had a great variety of fresh options.
The artwork in my room seemed dusty. It could use a refresh.

The staff responded promptly to requests. I received assistance with luggage and transport arrangements! the whatsapp concierge service worked efficiently for scheduling rides. the team was always available, though some questions were unexpected

the staff was lovely and helpful, i will give them that.
the room i got, a standard double room, was ridiculously small. the shower flooded every time i used it. i reported it, but nobody bothered to fix it. breakfast service was shockingly slow! we waited over half an hour for some pastries.

The breakfast included many high-quality products and great variety. It really touched my heart. My room, a Suite Sea View, had views of the harbor and a relaxing terrace. It was special.
The soundproofing in the room was not ideal. It made sleeping a challenge.
