really good location fine views eager staff small room inadequate sound insulation insufficient shade
the location was really good. i found the views from the hotel were quite fine. the staff was always available and eager to assist with any requests i had. the breakfast service offered a good start to each day.
the room i stayed in was smaller than i expected. the sound insulation was not adequate. i often heard noises from neighboring rooms and the street outside. the pool area lacked sufficient shade during the hottest parts of the day. this.

utterly romantic stay!
attentive service pristine room quiet setting
the staff ensured our comfort with their ready assistance and smiles. our room was pristine, showing great attention to detail from the dedicated housekeeping team. i found the quiet setting very restful, it was just what we needed.
I found the path to the breakfast area a little long. It was a minor inconvenience.

areas of the hotel are connected well, so it was easy to navigate between the different spaces. the pool bar offered fine vistas, which enhanced the peaceful atmosphere. i especially loved how tranquil the pool was.

the location provided amazing views!!! this also added to the uniqueness of the area. the hotel is situated in a quiet area, so it was restful and relaxing.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow service long delay
the breakfast service felt slow, it took a long time for even cold pastries to arrive. i also asked for an iron, it took almost 40 minutes to arrive at my room despite repeated reminders to the staff. this delay made me late for a reservation i had and was frustrating because they didn't let me collect the iron myself the staff were friendly, but the slowness impacted my plans negatively

small room delayed iron
The room size proved to be much smaller than anticipated. Basic movements felt restricted. The promised shower repair never happened, despite my repeated requests to the staff. This resulted in continuous flooding, a VERY inconvenient situation. The 40-minute wait for an iron, after I was told it would be brought up immediately, was unacceptable!!! Breakfast service was slow. Waiting thirty minutes for cold pastries is not my idea of prompt service.

The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. They use whatsapp to arrange transport. the views overlooking the town were quite excellent from the terrace. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the city center. This made getting around easy. i liked the breakfast. It had a great variety of fresh options.
The artwork in my room seemed dusty. It could use a refresh.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room slow breakfast
the staff was lovely and helpful, i will give them that.
the room i got, a standard double room, was ridiculously small. the shower flooded every time i used it. i reported it, but nobody bothered to fix it. breakfast service was shockingly slow! we waited over half an hour for some pastries.

quality products relaxing terrace
The breakfast included many high-quality products and great variety. It really touched my heart. My room, a Suite Sea View, had views of the harbor and a relaxing terrace. It was special.
The soundproofing in the room was not ideal. It made sleeping a challenge.
